What You’ll Be Doing

As an HR Intern, you’ll support the HR team in delivering a great employee experience while gaining exposure to all aspects of HR, including:

  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination Supporting onboarding and induction processes for new starters
  •  Maintaining HR records and ensuring data accuracy in our HR systems
  •  Assisting with employee relations administration, such as note-taking in meetings
  •  Supporting learning and development initiatives, including tracking training records
  •  Helping to coordinate engagement and wellbeing activities
  •  Responding to general HR queries and supporting day-to-day operations
  •  Assisting with HR projects, such as policy reviews and process improvements

What We’re Looking For

  •  Currently studying for a degree in HR, Business, or a related field and seeking a placement year
  •  Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  •  Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality 
  •  A proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn
  •  Confidence in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
