The Role
Got to interact with almost all the people on the Floor. Attended a breakfast event with Head of Markets. Learnt a great deal about Financial markets.
People are generally busy on the floors but are very approachable.
Had different buddies for different desk, whom you can approach for any problem and person from recruitment was also in constant touch.
Super Busy.
Had a 5 day training, covering all the theoretical concepts for markets in all asset classes. Not everybody gets a chance to be on the trading floor and dynamic nature of markets wont only teach you about the practical aspect of Markets but also about life.
The Company
People spend around 12hrs a day with each other, hence they make it fun.
Everything was organised from travel to accommodation to networking events.
Great Deal.

I am going to join the bank as a full time employee.
The Culture
We shared good camaraderie as used to meet a lot after office hours to catch a drink.
Was in Central London, everything is pretty expensive there.
