About You
I had a very good experience, discovered what I am studying from a professional point of view, and enjoyed the fact that everyone is helpful and nice to each other. This horizontal structure is good to work in.
I felt that I could help and do really interesting things, people were trusting and made me comfortable to work. I sometimes fake a bit lonely when I had nothing to do but fast someone would talk to me and give me something else to do or to learn.
I received good support during the insight, people were there to help or to give some advices, information etc. It was rare to feel abandoned with something to do on our own. The support was even coming from other department than the one I was sometimes.
The things I learned there are useful for my studies and more than that for my future choices. I have a better idea of what I can and want to do. The courses we had as well were really interesting and useful to understand and apply the work we were asking for. All the information I received helped me to see more clearly where I am going later.
The Company
The structure was very good and productive because everyone is here for each other and it is a better way to work, more efficient. We feel all together which makes us more comfortable and efficient in the work.
Very good atmosphere, not even one problem, everyone talk to each other, I felt welcomed in the company. It was a very good experience to see this quality of work with such a nice atmosphere when I know that sometimes people can have very bad experiences because of the lack of good atmosphere.
In terms of personal training and development I felt that the company invested in me but not as much as what they could have done. Sometimes I felt really useful and had quite to do etc, but sometimes at the contrary I felt a bit useless. But I know sometimes people were busy and I understand that there was important things to do. I know that everytime I felt like that, someone would try to give me something.
We had some courses were people were explaining us what they were doing in the company, their role etc, and explaining is what it was to work there full time. For me, people in my department were also telling me how it was and advices.
I had a lot of information about the company, and I saw the culture of it. Different people were giving me their point of view, how it was working, the culture etc. so I have seen and understand the culture of the company.
It helped me quite a lot to decide really my future career path in a moment where I was not so sure. Doing this professional experience made me seen how was day by day the work I wanted to do. And because this experience was nice to me it made me want to continue on this path.
Everything Else
I was reasonably paid for the work I have done which is good and encourage people to do experiences like this. Some people just don't have the money to afford to work full time not being paid and might miss an opportunity like this one.
Yes I met a lot of people, some of them that I will stay in contact with. This horizontal structure is also very good for that.
I haven't participate to one of the networking event opportunity.
Yes people were really easy to talk to and they would get you involved in things they would do outside work. It was a good atmosphere and nice ambience with teams.
Yes I would definitely recommend this insight to a friend and in fact I already did!
