The Role
I really enjoyed my internship program. Everything was designed so that interns had a full view of the firm.
Interns are valued for their ideas and the work they do for the teams. I never felt like just an intern but as a real member of the team.
I was given lots of responsibilities and always felt that my work as an intern mattered.
The Company
There was a great atmosphere. All the people I worked with were really helpful and always made themselves available to teach me new things.
The internship program was very well-organised. It included a first week of training which was key to introduce us to the bank's culture and prepare us for our internship. Lots of events and networking sessions were also organised which was key for our integration as interns whithin our teams.
The bank makes a lot of efforts to invest in interns and make sure they learn a lot from their internship experience. From the training session the first week to senior speaking sessions where seniors share their experience with interns, I felt that the company was really making sure that I would learn everything I could from my internship experience

The Culture
I met a lot of great people through this experience and I know that the firm takes really seriously that people get along well.
The firm paid for all the events that were organized.
Indeed, there is a community teamwork program that makes people share one day of work and give time to a charity.
