The Role
Lots of responsibility, very challanging but very rewarding. I have learnt so much and do really want to go back to uni
Every is very helpful and i have been treated as a full time employee.
On the job training and given all the support i needed
varied, there were peaks and troughs of work. overall it was a good balance
full responsibility was given to me. My views and opinons were lisened to.
Invaluable skills accuired at intel. much more useful than any education!

A large majority of current employees are ex placement students. No jobs are gaurantted due to the financal climate.
The Culture
over 50 other placement students on site. there is a good socal scene amongst other students
reasonably cheap (definatally more expensive than uni bars!)
Swindon is quite poor for nightlife. there are a few venues however they are not the best.
lots of actvities from the sports and social clubs as well as charity events to take part in.
