The Role
Very supportive company with challenging work and strong intern community.
Great teambonding exercises and activities that were encouraged by management.
Regular 1:1 meetings with management and a supervisor - giving challenging objectives and regular advice.
Enough challenges to be busy but enough support to help me when it was getting too much.
High risk work was reasonably supervised but there was high levels of responsibility.
Specialising in Finance will put this year's work into practice.
The Company
Open plan office, lots of discussions.
Very well, there are 50+ interns on site so the company is used to them.
