The Role
Sometimes I didn't understand what was being done on other areas of the audit, but over time I came to know more and enjoy more.
I was comfortable with almost everyone and enjoyed the company of the other interns.
Lots - they were very keen to make sure we were getting the best out of it.
busy when out on site but quieter in the office, which gives you a break.
A substantial amount, although all work was reviewed before leaving the firm, you did things alone sometimes.
In graduate applications and accountancy jobs it really would.
The Company
very positive, everyone was quite fun.
there was some confusion over the project work.
alot - they sent us on course in London and spent a lot of time and money training us.
National Travel
extremely, its a great firm.
The Culture
yes, although not that many of us per office.
about average for the south
OK, although not brilliant.
yes, there is a BDO national footbal tournament where eveeryone goes away for the weekend, which we were invited on.
