The Role
I enjoyed the exposure to the business and the experience itself.
I felt encouraged to come up with new ideas.
The manager was always very supportive.
I was usually quite busy but the enviroment is quite supportive. Ready to help you when need it.
I was giving ownership of my work and it was a great experience.
It helped me to understand better how a business work and also the usual business needs.
The Company
The athmosphere was quite relaxed. Very nice people!
It was not very organised but it was part of my objectives to improve the Placement Scheme within my team. It is an on-going process.
I had more peer-to-peer training which was good but not paid training.

It really depends on the team. People are coming and leaving all the time.
The Culture
The social life was very good at Danone.
Quite expensive but still cheap for London.
Not amaising but we made it better.
