The Role
It's been fantastic - a great experience, motivating atmosphere and a lot of learning involved!
Team work has been of highest standard and people are Softwire's biggest asset.
A lot of learning opportunities, good supervision and often feedback in all areas of work life.
Always had good things to do, but work was never overwhelming. A very relaxed and honest atmosphere around the work-life balance!
The project was very much a team effort and many decisions came from interns, especially as time went on.
I felt a big improvement in my coding abilities, but even more so in the understanding of underlying technologies and how to start a project of my own. I'm really looking forward to using what I've learned here in the future.
The Company
Always relaxed and happy with many opportunities for games and fun.
A lot of training, before and during the internship.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
Looking forward to the opportunities here again after uni.
The Culture
We formed a good group, both in and out of work.
London is very expensive, but the company subsidised many events and outings!
N/A
At times, there were things almost everyday!
