The Role
I enjoyed meeting new people and learned a lot in the commercial centre.
Once I proved myself by oroducing quality work then I felt I was more valuable to my colleagues.
I was supported throughout by HR. My line manager, however, wss alaways busy and I didn't get to meet him much.
Not too busy. I had enough work to start at 9 and gjnish at 5.
Not much responsibility. I mostly supported my colleagues.
I learned financial analysis which is useful for my Economics degree and for future employment.
The Company
Good "banter". Everyone was nice and friendly.
Very well organized by the HR team.
Invested a lot with training and having time for me, also ensuring I am supported well enough.
Management trainee programme and rotational scheme are quite appealing but similar to competitors.
The Culture
Social almost every week.
