The Role
The internship at Bank of America Merrill Lynch was a great experience which allow me to learn new skills. The work was challenging but I was enjoyed and I was considering this a great opportunity to test myself.
The colleagues was very friendly and helpful. They included me to all the meetings and ask me for my opinion. I was feeling valued by them.
My manager always spend time explain me the information and was really supported during all my time spent in the internship.
This varied from day to day depending on the deadlines and how I was meeting the objective from my personal project.
The biggest responsibility was the project which was given to me. Also, I had some task in the team.
I think that the most important part in this internship is that I learn how to manage my time. This definitely will help me in the last year where I need to do my final project.
The Company
The atmosphere was very friendly and no as stressful as I was expected.
I consider that the internship was well organised with very numerous events which give you the opportunity to network.
I revived the training but in this aspect could be done more.
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
I have been offered a graduate position with Bank of America and I am looking forward to start.
The Culture
Was numerous events which I participated with the others interns and we meet at least once a week.
I was living in London before the internship so I know that London is expensive, but the salary was enough to cover my personal costs.
Was very enjoyable
There were opportunities to get involved in company sports clubs, volunteer etc.
