The Role
The differences between the two six month placements helped to ensure variety and new challenges throughout the year.
'Most' were happy to help and assist.
Support was given by directors and managers.
Some days involved working non-stop, others were finding something to do, this was the case for most people. A healthy balance however.
More so in the first six months than in the second six months, due to different management styles.
The skills I developed and the commercial experience gained is vital to help me in my degree and beyond.
The Company
A good mix of people.
Very well organised from start to finish.
Training sessions were provided throughout the year focusing on teamwork and assertiveness.
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
I would not return to the current graduate job roles available in this company, however, the commercial experience gained throughout the placement has been worth it.
The Culture
Apart from events organised by the social committee, there were no social events.
Cost of living is average for this area.
Coventry is poor.
There is an employee football match every Monday, other than that, not many opportunities.
