The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed working here. I've loved meeting new people, networking and learning new skills!
I’ve felt so valued as an intern as I was given full responsibility of tasks I’d never knew I was capable of doing. The skills I’ve learnt here in addition to being able to communicate professionally has definitely improved my confidence.
Even though every employee was really friendly and happy to answer any questions. I had a mentor that I would meet up with once a week to see how i was getting on. It helped me stay focused during my time here.
It can get pretty hectic on a daily basis, but i'd much prefer being busy doing meaning task than watching from a distance.
I was given just as much responsibility as employees in a similar position to me. As a result, it made me feel part of the team
Learning skills such a Photoshop as well as learning to handle data in excel spreadsheets has proven to be very valuable now I know how to create & edit images from scratch.
The Company
The atmosphere was really friendly. There people always walking around which has helped me meet new people who work in different departments.
The internship was organised really well. Any queries or questions that I had, I always new who to talk to.
We had classes specifically for interns to learn about the different departments about the company and how they all work together. It was a really good insight into how an events company manages everything from creative to finance.
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
I see new employees welcomed to the company on a regular basis. I'd say there is good employment prospects as long as you meet their needs.
The Culture
Yes, all my colleagues and interns were fun to work and hang out with. It's also a nice location to work, so there are plenty of places to explore in my spare time.
Due to i2i being in Central London. The cost of travel and socializing can be expensive. The company events more than make up for this.
The nightlife was good on Fridays as there's a few bars around the corner form the building I worked in.
Yes there are opportunities, some colleagues are walking the great wall of China for Charity.
