  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Very clear instructions on what was expected from me, from both HR and my team.

    5/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • This varied a lot, I was given my own project which I could always work on. If I wasn't working on my project I'd be shadowing/in meetings etc or just around my team.

    5/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • It's an investment bank. They handle a lot of sensitive and private data. I wasn't expecting to be given a lot of responsibility, however for my own project i was given full creative control. As for work other that my individual project, any changes I made were supervised or overseen. Plus there's a bunch of testing in place so if i broke anything, we'd know :)

    4/5
