The Role
The people, job variety and responsibility made the year thoroughly enjoyable and invaluable.
Triumph puts alot of trust in their placement students and allow you to develop your skills in a demanding but supportive environment.
The Accessory managers are very supportive in times of need, although you do need to use initiative and make decisions on your own.
This placement was incredibly valuable and the PP job role can be moulded slightly to suit your strengths. I have learnt more practical industry skills at Triumph than during my years at University.
The Company
The Accessories dept has a great working environment and team members are fast to support other departments when needed.
Training courses where needed.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
The Culture
Leicester and Birmingham are not far away but closer towns have a poorer nightlife.
