The Role
Loved every minute of it!
You feel like a full time member of staff and part of the team right from the word go!
Management are always on hand to support you when you are learning the role, You have regular training and one to ones.
Always something to keep you busy! There are quieter times of year but you may get the chance to move elsewhere during these times
Same as full time employees
