The Role
The people I got to work with throughuot this placement have all been fantatic. It is a young and motivated company to work for and you can immediately see the benefits of your hard work.
The bonds you make working enterprise hours mean that your collegues become your best friends and your family. You look forward to going to work to spend time with them.
Everyone is very helpful and willing to help you progress towards promotion.
At times of staff turnover we struggeled with how buisy we became, however saying that, I worked at two of the flagship branches in London so being buisy was inevitable.
As your experience progresses so too does your responsibility
The skills you develop in this placement are so broad from customer service, business management, marketing and sales, these are skills for a lifetime.
The Company
Always upbeat and fun atmosphere in the office. A young workforce leads to lots of high energy and good fun.
From day one of training you have management in your title, you automatically feel the genuine interest in your progression for promotion within the company.
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
I would love to come back to work at enterprise after my final year of studies.
The Culture
Brilliant fun! Have made friends for life in this company.
Food in the local area was reasonably priced and it was serviced well by public transport links.
Lacking in nightlife.
Yes there were charity events and area nights out to participate in
