The Role
Overall a great experience. Got to do relevant and meaningful work and learnt soo much.
Felt very valued. My team seemed sincerely happy that the interns where there and appreciated the extra help.
Had a great staffer who I could talk to at all times.
At times extremely busy, but that is also what makes the position so interesting. Never bored.
Was given a lot of responsibility over actual projects.
It is undoubtedly very hard work, but it is incredibly rewarding. You learn so much, not just in terms of corporate finance, but perhaps more importantly also in terms of time management, teamwork, communication, etc etc etc. Would recommend to anyone.
The Company
Overall atmoshpere was very good. Everyone is very approachable and genuinely wants you to get on and do well. The experience is also very dependent on what team youre in.
Very well organised. Intern events, staffer, buddy etc. Everything is organised for you.
Very much. Internship started with one week of training. On the desk, my team would take hours off their own time to teach me stuff and help me out.

Very appealing prospectss for future employment. Most interns were offered full-time positions.
The Culture
Certainly. Interns got together and did a lot of stuff. Of course the time available for a good social scene will depend on your division and team, but there were definitely a lot of opportunities to get to know fellow interns.
London is incredibly expensive - but you are paid well enough and the cost of living is definitely not an issue.
London.
Not sure.
