    • I always had support from my manager and had regular development meetings

    • I always had lots of work to do but managing my time well enabled me to complete the jobs in time

    • I have a huge responsibility at Mars, ensuring that the the merchandise that we buy is sourced from a safe ethical factory, minimising the risk of damaging the Mars brands

    • I have definitely built up my confidence & skills and by attending many training courses I feel I have the right transferable skills to help me in my future career

    • Everyone works hard at what they do and everyone is approachable. The ambience of the office is also open and bright

    • I am hoping to return to Mars and will be contacting them in the new year to find out if there are any positions available. Mars does not leave jobs open.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • There are 7 of us in my year but 19 next year with many social events happening

    • I live at home

    • Nightlife isn't that great but there are trains into London

    • There are lots of opportunities and Mars holds a lot of activities and sports groups
