The Role
Very busy while at client sites, days in the office were quieter but still busy.
Performed work that went towards the final audit product
Good to see a practical application of the way of thinking developed from studying economics.
The Company
Everyone was always happy to help and set me up on new tasks despite one of the jobs I was on being the year end audit.
Very well organised right from the inductions to the end of the internships. Was timetabled to a job on all but one week which was there for us to work on our internship project.
All the interns are heavily invested in to. You are hired as an intern with the view that you will become a graduate.
Company Parties/Events
Out of the 6 interns at the Cambridge office 5 of us were offered graduate jobs. The prospects are very good if you treat the process like a 6 week interview and aim to do your best in each job you are assigned to.

Cambridge is quite an expensive area but if you pick where you eat/drink cleverly it doesn't work out too badly.
Cambridge nightlife is fairly good, is obviously very "studenty" so there's lots of bars and a good number of clubs too.
Yes lots of opportunities both in the office or for the company as a whole, emails are often sent round. I took part in a charity run called chariots of fire that took us round some of the Cambridge colleges.
