The Role
Enjoyed people I worked with, Job was ok but not mentally challenging
Felt like a member of the team
Was given training and support when needed
Sometimes spent hours driving which can be tiring
I was one of the staff members dealing independently with customers but didnt deal with management side
Gained valuable life skills and communication skills from this post but didnt really advance my knowledge of business
The Company
Had fun but could be hard work at times. Good banter!
Very well set up
Trained me and encouraged my development and extended my placement past the alloted time
Company Parties/Events
I doubt I will return as I do not feel that this is the career path for me, however I felt it was a well structured placement, lacking somewhat in opportunity to develop in business management skills.
The Culture
I was the only student there for the majority of the placement
Very cheap as I was able to live at home for free
Good nightlife
Work parties every few months
