The Role
Really enjoyed the challenge I received during my internship and all the help along the way to help me finish my project.
I felt that I had a lot of responsibility and therefore heavily valued by colleagues. Also, the amount of help they gave me showed me how much they value one and other.
A lot of support ranging from training to the help I got from my colleagues and supervisors.
I was definitely challenged in terms of the job I received but work life balance was definitely achieved.
Enough to make me feel challenged but yet excited to learn in order to fulfil my responsibilities.
I have developed a range of programming skills that has helped in my degree. Also, my time management skills has also improved.
The Company
The atmosphere was great, don't feel the hierarchy that much and people were very nice and fun.
I think the internship was well setup in the sense that it gave me a view of not only what my division does but also other divisions as well. So I have a view of how different departments link together
A lot of time and resources.

The Culture
I think there was a nice collaboration between all of us as the company encourages us to work together in teams by providing a lot of different side projects aside from our daily work in order to let us collaborate.
Cost of living is not the cheapest as the office is situated in the centre of London, but there are reasonable choices around I would say.
There were a lot of activities outside of my own job. They mainly deal with knowing the company and working with each other. Learning different business units and also doing community team work.
