The Role
I had a great team which helped me achieve my goals during the internship. I had the chance to shadow partners, to work with clients and get involved in complex projects.
My colleagues were very helpful and open-minded which gave me a lot of confidence to work on projects and to come with innovative solutions and ideas.
I have received support from my counsellor and buddy who helped me get the most out of this internship. Communication and teamwork are key values within the company which create a good working environment.
I was working 7 hours a day and sometimes, I took the initiative to get involved in new projects, new solutions and activities which could take me one more hour. However, I enjoy the time spent at the office as it has a lot of facilities to rest, relax and socialise with your colleagues.
I received challenging tasks that allowed me develop valuable skills. I wrote reports, conducted research, made presentations, worked with clients and had the chance to come up with innovative ideas for implementation.
I have improved my interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills. I consider these abilities will help me in my degree studies to work on projects with my colleagues and deliver presentations. Furthermore, I have improved my time management skills and thus, during my undergraduate studies I will organise my time more productively.
The Company
Very positive and supportive.
It was very organised from the beginning of the internship, including training sessions, social events, breakfast with partners.
In our induction week, we had a variety of trainings which presented the company culture, structure, work, safety regulations.
Flexi Time

Company Parties/Events
I would be very happy to join the company and my team in the future. I will certainly accept the graduate offer if I will receive one.
The Culture
Almost all the interns were very satisfied with their experience at EY.
It was a friendly working environment, allowing us going to social events together each week.
There is a good night life in Canary Wharf, surrounded by bars, pubs, restaurants.
Yes, I have received every day emails with training opportunities.
