The Role
People were great, and loved the company making the overall experience great!
From day 1 I was thrust into new tasks and therefore had to think on my feet. After I had completed the tasks I got lots of good feedback from my team and therefore, this meant I felt valued by them.
All staff were super friendly and approachable so it was really easy to get the support you needed.
For 5 weeks I had really engaging projects so was quite busy but my work hours were strict 9-5 so that was the perfect balance.
As I mentioned before I was quite busy with really engaging tasks so it was great!
I gained a lot of skills that will stand me in good stead for future interview processes and applications.
The Company
I had just moved into the new canary wharf office so it was great! There was mini golf, xbox and table tennis to do in your breaks!
Social events were well organised and plentiful but, I was only assigned for a project for 5 out of 6 weeks of my internship so that last week was pretty dull.
After every two weeks I had to submit for feedback on how I had done and whether there was any development points. I was also given a buddy and a counsellor to support me to reach my goals.

I've already accepted a graduate offer with them and managed to defer it by one year.
The Culture
We had an interns whatsapp group so that meant it was easy to organise things for after work.
I was in London so the cost of living was astronomical! But, that also means that there is plentiful of stuff to do in town.
In London, so very expensive but great quality!
My manager asked me to play a game of 11-a-side football with him after work so that was great! But, also there were EY sports teams as well.
