The Role
Enjoyable experience. Always had work to do and personally found it quite interesting.
I got on very well with my manager but as I was working on my project mostly on my own I didn't feel particularly integrated into the company
They provided me with the right amount of help and guidance; helping me when I struggled but also left me to my own devices to work out problems on my own.
Never had a day with nothing to do.
As I was working on the project mostly by my self I have a good amount of responsiblity
I developed my CAD skills particularly in CATIA V5 which I feel with be very beneficial
The Company
Friendly, the correct balance between professionalism and friendliness.
very organised throughout the 3 months
the training was very much directed into what I was doing so mostly just CAD but then also just general business pratice
The company is a good one however I can not see myself working there
The Culture
The colleagues were friendly but i feel i didnt have much in common
being in bristol is more on the expensive side but not too bad
good range of clubs and bars with plenty of choice
if you wanted to do something you would likely be able to do it. it was just up to you
