The Role
Everyone was nice and friendly which made me feel welcomed to the company.
Managers were always happy to give me a hand and supervisors around me would go out their way to help me when I needed it l.
I always had work to do, I was allowed to complete it at my own pace so I was never swamped under with work. New tasks were always given soon after I had finished one.
I was given responsibility for my own work and deadlines etc. As I progressed I was given more complex tasks and eventually completed some tasks which were used and installed on one of our customers systems.
The internship allowed to develop skills that aren't touched on in university. Such as working as part of such a large team in an office environment on large scale, long term projects.
The Company
Office had a very good environment, everyone was friendly and got along well. No one complained or moaned at you for talking to others, it was niceand calm and relaxed.
The tasks had been though out before I had arrived and we're in line to stuff I have covered in uni.
They were always pushing me to learn more and develop skills.

The Culture
Was invited to join other staff members on lunch time runs in the city on my first day. Apprentices were friendly and invited the 3 interns out with them several times. Also had several company organised nights out in the 3 months that we were there.
Daily peak train tickets were fairly expensive due to where I live. Other than that the prices are good and wage was enough to cover everything.
Glasgow nightlife ....
