The Role
It was hard work but it was worth it to get the results
All the managers and senior managers were extremely supportive and taught me a lot
You were always rushing around
You were given a lot of responsibility
I feel the skills i learnt will help me in my future career with Lidl
The Company
Morale was good in the stores
There is a placement coordinator that you are in touch with eveyr week and you write activity reports so the bosses of your region know what you are doing and if there are any problems
They got us our alcohol licenses, put us through health and safety courses and showed us all aspects of the company including a two week stay in london to work in head office
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
i have been offered a graduate position with them subject to me getting my degree
The Culture
yes we went white water rafting with all the senior managers and a christmas party.
you tend not to have a lot of time to socialise, but it was my home town so was reasonable
its a small coastel village so not much about
in head office they had a football team and running club but nothing like that exists within the stores
