The Role
Got given exposure to real-world clients and enjoyed that a lot.
Everyone was very friendly and i was treated as an equal not just an intern.
If i needed help i knew that there were multiple different people i could go to within my team.
Varied day-to-day and also depended on what projects/research needed to be done. Some days were very busy others were a bit more relaxed.
As i was only interning for 4 weeks, there wasn't anything too serious to complete. However, the jobs that were given to me still had to be done by someone and weren't made just so i had something to do.
Organisational & time management skills have improved and help with everything.
The Company
Very relaxed. Everyone sat in their teams on one table. Everyone was approachable and very friendly.
Very well organised.
They gave me all the tools i needed and more. i.e. (laptop and access to all their training resources).
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
in the final week of the internship, you have an interview and they make a decision on whether to offer you a job
The Culture
I was based in Leeds and at the time there were not many other students around me. However, i assume in London it is very different.
Leeds is very reasonable
Leeds Nightlife can be incredible!
I wasn't shown anything, however i was only there for 4 weeks.
