  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Was exposed to all sorts of work in the production support environment. Was constantly busy so I wasn't left twiddling my thumbs.

    • All my colleagues fully supported me with everything I was stuck on. They made time for me even though I could see they were ramped with work.

    • Manager ensured I was using my time effectively. He gave me a lot of work which was impactful to Citi.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?

    • Start of the internship was slow but as soon as I understood how things worked, I picked up a lot of work in a very short amount of time. Lasted me to the end of the internship.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?

    • Was given opportunities to help improve productivity via dashboards, SQL, etc in the different teams. Systems I have designed are in use within the teams.

    • Huge amount of problem solving and communication skills used on my internship will be a strong assist in the future
