The Role
It was being able to work in an environment where you don’t normally have access to it physically at a young age, instead of just getting to read or hear about it from the media. Being part of the busy city vibe was different and enjoyable at times. This experience was great as you get to learn new skills as well as even allow me to polish my current skills.

I was one of the lucky intern who was given a lot of support compared to some of my class mates. I didnt just gain help from my supervisor but from whoever I came in contact with, which made it easier for me if i had any problems to ask for help instead of sitting there doing nothing.

The Company
A very busy atmosphere, work getting done on the other had you’ll hear laughs between employees and everyone has a chat with you, even a smile is nice. Plus if it is someone’s birthday they celebrate with cakes and bring up refreshments.
[This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyPlacement Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] The team who coordinated the internship experience at Freshfields Bruckhaus LLP has done a great job and other companies should use her blue print in which to give every student a worthwhile experience. Simon Hall who is a partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus LLP has also given his time out to the interns even with him being at a senior level.
They didn’t spend money where as spent their time to help us when needed and to help us with our presentations as well as helping us to write up our personal statements for university.
