The Role
Enjoyed the internship a lot because the company has a great culture and you are treated equally.
I became a valued member of the team from day one. Colleagues included me in their social activities as well as in all the work meetings.
There was a good balance between being given support and being left to do your own thing and work on the projects.
Not too busy, but had enough work for the day. Was not expected to stay overtime.
Communicated with senior management and presented to the whole team. Was given real tasks, i.e. providing weekly competitor reports that were used for future planning of agenda.
The skills will really help me at university, especially time management skill.
The Company
The general atmosphere was very lively! Even though everyone was really busy, they found time to be social and to include me in their daily activities.
The internship overall was extremely well organised. HR did a great job in familiarising everyone with the company. Although the induction could have been improved by proving interns with the tour of the office, because at first if was hard to find places.
Colleague took me with them to video shoots, breakfasts with clients and drinks with agencies. They made sure that I got the whole grasp of what it is like working in the company and in the apartment in particular.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Very appealing! I will be applying for a full time position within the company.
The Culture
Yes, the other interns were extremely friendly and everyone got along. The firm organised many networking and social events to make sure that interns get a chance to find friends.
I lived at home, but socialising was quite expensive in the City.
