The Role
Everyone is friendly, great building and park. Nice working atmosphere, and exposed to lots of new things and able to develop new skills.
You are assigned your own tasks and projects, that you have most control over. You feel valued as colleagues approach you for support, and thank you personally for your work in many instances.
Weekly meetings, and always available for questions.
Most days, reasonably busy. Some slower days, some packed days. On the whole, never really sitting around doing nothing.
I became IT owner for some systems and processes, and in charge of developing new ones.
Much more in future workplaces than at university. Uni taught the theory - PRUK helped put them into practice.
The Company
Friendly, calm, positive.
Pretty well setup. Very smooth induction process. Everyone knew what they were doing.
Dedicated training sessions, and meetings to train on new technologies/work on new projects. Extensive induction plan at the beginning.

Subsidised/Company Gym
