The Role
Brilliant job, really good experience learnt many new things!
Was a proper developer; not looked down on as a student. Got into big projects and was the one producing the results; not watching others.
Great supervision and managerial skills on their part; always willing to help and making sure i was ready for tasks/projects.
Quite a busy role; business users always want solutions. Pressure can mount.
I was responsible for a few new tools in production and development stages and was a main developer on them too.
Will as it very much as now i have a very good understanding of how the skills are put in practice in the working world.
The Company
Banter all day and relaxed. Lots of events set up company wide so always something good going on. Also an intern committee that sets up events and connects the 60+ interns on nights out and trips.
No hiccups along the way everything went well.
Lots of training provided.

The Culture
Brilliant social life; with over 60 interns at a time (all in different roles) there always something going on; events, nights out, birthdays or even just chilling. it was like living at uni after work hours.
Swindon is pretty cheap most places.
Swindon does not have a university so student nights a limited to 1 a week; but still not too bad and cheap drinks that night.
