The Role
I enjoyed working on real life projects such as hs2
I felt valued by my colleagues
I was helped by may work colleagues but unfortunately I didn't get a mentor assigned to me so I wasn't given that much work
for the first few weeks I had a lot of work but during the end I wasn't given that much to do
I was given a fare amount of responsibility taking into account I was a first year student
I am now able to analyse drawings and provide justifications to different design options but when it comes too technical skills I didn't gain any because I wasn't assigned a mentor
