The Role
The placement programme is great; they take care of the type of work you want, help with your professional development and listen when you have problems. The programme also offers several training programs through out the year such as project management, planning and prioritizing training.
This really depends on who your manager is and how his character is, but most colleagues are friendly and they do value your work.
I was lucky to have a good supervisor that gave me good support and let me work out of my own initiative as well. Had weekly meetings with him to discuss how I am getting along with work and in general.
I had a fair work load, You will receive work especially if you ask for more work then it comes down to managing your time.
I was given a lot of responsibility which is one of the greatest things about my placement that I had a challenging project that I was appointed to me and I was responsible to deliver results.
The programme also offers several training programs through out the year such as project management, planning and prioritizing training. You will also receive training to the particular site you are working on that is relevant to your role.
