The Role
Thoroughly enjoyed working for JLR, very friendly atmosphere and generally nice place to work.
Everything that I did throughout my placement was taken seriously and went towards a larger project. Everyone also takes you seriously within meetings which is nice and you feel like part of the team.
My supervisor was always to hand, either in person or an email away to help with any situation.
Workload increased as I went through my placement as you would expect. Was a nice amount to complete without being stressed.
I was given a lot of responsibility throughout my placement which even included taking ownership over project documentation to be submitted to higher levels of management.
My placement was hugely beneficial to me as it gave me confidence to take control of a project and ensure it is to the best of my ability.
The Company
Really friendly.
I had plenty to do.
Invested a lot of time into ensuring I was happy with my position.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Very appealing
The Culture
Everyone was well connected and made many friends.
