  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Thoroughly enjoyed working for JLR, very friendly atmosphere and generally nice place to work.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Everything that I did throughout my placement was taken seriously and went towards a larger project. Everyone also takes you seriously within meetings which is nice and you feel like part of the team.

  • My supervisor was always to hand, either in person or an email away to help with any situation.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Workload increased as I went through my placement as you would expect. Was a nice amount to complete without being stressed.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • I was given a lot of responsibility throughout my placement which even included taking ownership over project documentation to be submitted to higher levels of management.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • My placement was hugely beneficial to me as it gave me confidence to take control of a project and ensure it is to the best of my ability.
