The Role
Enjoyable experience, met several excellent economists and had very interesting discussions with them. Lots of seminars that were really interesting too
The team is very close and were always providing encouragement
Full support, everyone in the team was always willing to help
Generally a very good balance. Sufficient work, but not too much that I'd have to stay too late
Not that much responsibility, understandable given my lack of expertise at this point in time
Practical application of what I have learnt in my degree. ALlows me to better see how the world really works outside the textbooks
The Company
Generally very fun, although people here are generally fairly busy as well. Did not mind it at all though.
Excellent
Organised presentations skills training that was very useful. Also allowed us to attend several internal seminars which was a great learning experience
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Not very sure yet. Will only hear back after the internship
The Culture
Yeah, the intern batch is really close
Fairly cheap as canteen is subsidised. Got back home for dinner but would otherwise have been expensive
Generally decent
Lots of opportunities, but never really bothered to try anything really
