The Role
Loved it to bits, probably one of my best jobs ever, thanks to excellent colleagues.
Loved working with colleagues, very friendly and would happily work again.
Not a lot mainly due to the fact that he was busy and there was a lot of things going on
Sometimes extremely busy, other times very quiet.
Reasonable amount of responsibility, for someone at my stage in his pharmacy degree.
Learnt a lot, improved my communication skills and dispensing skills to no bounds.
The Company
generally relaxed and light hearted, but always ready to get serious when things start getting busy.
Did not get my placement folder until last week of placement. Had to move branches 3 times, due to various reasons. Very poorly organised.
I think the company invested a reasonable amount, but could have invested more to make the placement even better.
Flexi Time
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Hopefully, I get my pre-reg placement for next year.
The Culture
We all met up during our training day and then I worked with pharmacist who worked with other placement students.
N/A had to commute to work, but not many good places to eat in Loughborough, thats for sure.
Dont really know as I had to commute from home.
Nothing to do outside of work, too busy for anything else.
