  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Loved it to bits, probably one of my best jobs ever, thanks to excellent colleagues.

  • Loved working with colleagues, very friendly and would happily work again.

  • Not a lot mainly due to the fact that he was busy and there was a lot of things going on

  • Sometimes extremely busy, other times very quiet.

  • Reasonable amount of responsibility, for someone at my stage in his pharmacy degree.

  • Learnt a lot, improved my communication skills and dispensing skills to no bounds.

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • generally relaxed and light hearted, but always ready to get serious when things start getting busy.

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • Did not get my placement folder until last week of placement. Had to move branches 3 times, due to various reasons. Very poorly organised.

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • I think the company invested a reasonable amount, but could have invested more to make the placement even better.

  • Hopefully, I get my pre-reg placement for next year.

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • We all met up during our training day and then I worked with pharmacist who worked with other placement students.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • N/A had to commute to work, but not many good places to eat in Loughborough, thats for sure.

  • Dont really know as I had to commute from home.

  • Nothing to do outside of work, too busy for anything else.
