The Role
The summer internship was great. You get to try different industries and they take into account your preferences. Also, the hours are great and the events are the best.
I felt very valued by all my colleagues. I think that's the best part. There's a great environment and it's very easy to work with most of the people.
Supervisors gave support and guidance where possible and was fantastic. They explained the program very well and we had mid and final reviews to tell us how we were doing.
Depends on the day. Normally, I was pretty busy, but it was manageable. They do not push you too much if they see you are very busy.
At first, not much. But as you progress and learn new things, they give you more and more interesting things to do.
The training was great. Awesome learning experience.
The Company
Great general atmosphere. There was team drinks and dinners every now and then and some teams even organized karaokes. The atmosphere is very good in general and the structure is very flat. Even the Heads of the team like to have a coffee with the interns.
Very well organised and very nice events throughout the internship.
They gave me very good training and many analysts spend a good amount of time teaching how to do certain things.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Very good prospects.
The Culture
There was perfect environment and social scene. Best thing of the firm.
Very expensive. In the city of London everything is very expensive.
Good nightlife.
A lot of opportunities. Good places to eat and to go out and, close to the center.
