The Role
Friendly staff, made me feel welcome, enjoyed woring there
Made to feel like one of the team, very friendly
Tutor was helpful, but pharmacy was very busy, and she did not have much free time to guide me. The rest of the team helped me as much as they could
Mostly very busy because staff were on holiday.
I feel I know a lot more about how the pharmacy works, and this will help in my career
The Company
Mostly a very pleasant place to work, but towards the end we were very short staffed and this caused stress for many of the staff
The idea of a workbook was good but I feel that it needed more to it. I followed the same routine every day and don't think I experienced much different to last year
The placement felt more like I was working as a dispenser rather than learning
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Very well rated company to work for. They make it clear how to progress with my career.
The Culture
A staff evening was organised udring my placment, and I was pleased to be included as a team member. It made me feel very welcome
Affordable
Poor, but I'm not interested!
The staff invited me to activities which they were doing in their spare time
