The Role
Challenging work, with real responsibility for overall project success
Good culture with friendly, helpful team.
Plenty of help when asked for, and team members always had time to give me advice when asked
Relatively busy, depending on project progress. Some days busier than others, while others were quiet when waiting for samples to come through.
Given responsibility for delivering a full milestone project.
Difficult to say at this point, but the overall experience made me more confident of my abilities.
The Company
Friendly and supportive
Very well organised - had a project to run from day one
Was able to take the internal driving qualification and make use of company vehicles.
Difficult to say, as there does seem to be a glass ceiling of sorts around junior management level. Having said that, the company is constantly expanding and investing.
The Culture
Absolutely, used to all go to the pub bingo on thursdays, as well as playing football, going bowling etc regularly.
Busy and cheap
The company offers a ELS scheme for a variety of activities, and will subsidise the cost up to 200£
