The Role
Really enjoyed it. All the various teams I worked in were all so friendly and supportive, both inside and outside of the work-place.
I feel I was given a lot of opportunity to prove myself early on and from there my colleagues valued me both as a useful colleague and as a friend.
Coming from a completely unrelated to field (biology) into accountancy, the guidance and support of my line, people and job managers was exceptional, allowing me to function where I couldn't, and flourish where I could.
A perfect balance, always someone in the office to do a task for, but down time in my department allowed me to experience other departments. This was a great learning experience. In other periods of down time I was encouraged to go through tutorials on the internal systems. These could be done in your own time and were well set out, so made a nice rest from the usual fracas, as well as being enjoyable.
Responsibility was given based on trust. I was, for all intents and purposes, at the very bottom rung. However, get in a managers good books and they were more than happy to give you more complex, important tasks because it cleared stuff off there to do list!
Such a variety of skills developed and knowledge gained.
The Company
Friendly, professional, but relaxed
Many events and training workshops set up specifically for new starters and interns, so I always knew what I was doing and slotted in seemlessly.
Even though I have still not committed my future here, they were still so keen to invest in me. I have spent roughly 1/4 of my time training, with the company happy to fund this and, where necessary, my travel and accomodation to such courses.

Very appealing, the sky's literally the limit within the firm. A growing firm and a massive network of roles that are attainable with effort and accountancy qualifications. Seem to value their employees so much and feel like they'd really invest in me.
The Culture
So many graduates and interns, always stuff to do.
Pretty good; easy links to london, not to expensive to go out, value for money accomodation very close to work.
Buzzing
Something on pretty much every week, with sports teams to join and other social stuff.
