The Role
I enjoyed the internship very much and would love to work for the company in the future.
People are very friendly and I am not afraid to ask questions, they are helpful and are willing to assist.
supervisor is supportive. I was also given information about opportunities in the future after the internship.
The Company
It can get fairly quiet sometimes but people are just busy trying to concentrate and get their job done. Sometimes share a few jokes (and snacks).
Lunch and learns sessions were organised once/twice a week. We were given talks by senior people from other parts of the business.
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare from home
I'd love to come back to BlackRock and I see a lot of opportunities within the firm.
The Culture
We had a bowling evening with fellow interns and our buddies, great laugh
I don't go out as I have work during the week and prefer quiet night in at weekends.
We were offered tickets to a horseracing events and there's a summer drinks for the whole office at the end of our internship.
