The Role
At some points during the placement I was put on the till that was furthest away from the pharmacy area. I was a bit dissapointed with this as I was there for a pharmacy placement, I wasn't there to run the tills just because the pharmacy was understaffed at times.
Towards the end of the six weeks I began to feel comfortable where I was working.
They would happily answer any enquiries I had.
As the lloyds pharmacy was in a quiet area not in the main town centre it was quiet throughout a lot of moments in the day. I would have preferred it if my placement was at a very busy pharmacy where time would pass quicker and where I would have learnt more.
Helped me a great deal as I have a dispensing resit to do this summer. Also it has made me a bit more familiar with some of the drugs.
