    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • The atmosphere was great in the office. I enjoyed working with the fire group.

  • I got all my questions answered. I was invited to meetings and took part of tasks.

  • There was not an idle second. But I was told it would be even busy during winter times.

  • I believe since my placement was short, I did not worked on a big projects or did not get big tasks.

    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • There was occasional sweets, celebrations, welcomes, farewells, small talks... It was as fun as any office can get.

  • It was satisfying, I was attained many tasks and learned a lot.

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • Due to short placement, I assume no training was planned. However colleagues spent time to help me on tasks. I learned the most during those short briefs.

  • It is a promising company in terms of what it offers for having experience on variety of projects.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • I have seen lots of events were being planned.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Rent was around 400 pcm. As a general opinion, living in Bristol is cheaper than London.
