The Role
The structure of the internship was brilliant, got a lot of exposure to the company and senior management. But I didn't have as much work load as I thought I would.
My colleagues were extremely warm and supportive. They were always ready to answetr questions and help me.
A lot of guidance, I could always go upto them as ask my doubts. I was never left in a dilemma about a problem.
Not too busy, work load varied from day-to-day. But I liked the work I did.
Responsibility varied, I was given some but considering the fact that the project had been running for a long time, it wasn't so easy to assign my some of the big tasks.
I think it will be very helpful. I learnt more about the financial world, banking industry. I am better able to appreciate movements in market now. Learnt project/ program management skills, communication skills. How to interact with senior management, network. It's been a brilliant experience.
The Company
Again, this varied. At times there was a lot of pressure and deadlines. At other times it was fun and lively. IT was enjoyable
Overall internship was very well structured. Lots of opportunities for us to do things, to meet people.
We got a week of training, which was great fun. And during the course of the internship..it was a learning experience, lots of new things, concepts. Going to be taking away a lot from this experience.

Very appealing. Love the culture, atmosphere in the organisation. Lots of learning opportunities, flexibility in terms of what we want to do and where we get placed! Very supportive.
The Culture
Lovely social scene. Made great friends! We'd go out, meet for lunches, dinners. Again very enjoyable, very sociable and helpful people.
It was a bit on the expensive side. But not too bad I suppose.
It was really good, lively lots of people!
Yeah, there were opportunities: community day, BBall and rubgy games within the short span of the internship!
