The Role
The office was extremely welcoming, I loved the work and the atmosphere in the office; overall it was great.
I felt like a useful memeber of the team, by the end of the placement I felt fully integrated into the office.
Everyone was always available if I needed help on a project, and they made sure I was never struggling.
I was constanly busy with engauging work.
I was left to independently work on aspects of projects.
I learnt alot of extremely useful things during the placement; and grew alot as an engineer.
The Company
It was friendly and welcoming, but also professional.
At no point did I feel like they were unprepared for me.
People took time out of their day to train me on software which was new to me, or to teach me new methods.
The company seemed brilliant.
The Culture
They have a group for new graduate members, which meets on a regular basis.
Nottingham is pretty well priced, as I lived in the city anyway it was very cheap.
Nottingham has alot of varied nightlife.
There were drinks at the end of every month, and socials regularly.
