The Role
I extremely enjoyed by work placement. The working environment and the people were amazing, always willing to help.
I definitely feel I was valued by my colleagues and very quickly became part of the team.
There was constant on going support from all areas of the firm. At no point did I ever feel like there was not some one I could turn to when I needed help or advice.
The department I worked in tried to give me as much work as possible to keep me busy but this definitely varied on a day to day basis.
As much responsibility as I could possibly be given as a placement student, I do not think my colleagues refrained from giving me tasks. The responsibility I was given built up over time.
The experience and skills I acquired were invaluable, without them I do not think I would have done as well throughout my final year of my degree.
The Company
A great balance of friendly, fun and hard working.
Extremely organised.
I was always invited to join in on training seminars and updates within the firm.
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
I have a training contract with the,.
The Culture
There were often social events after work with trainees and colleagues.
Always opportunities to get involved in events and activities outside of work.
