The Role
I enjoyed my placement and would happily return as a graduate.
My colleagues welcomed me to the team and they always made me feel valued.
At the start of the placement, support was sparse however this was due to the business being extremely busy. This improved as the placement went on.
Very busy but I didn't feel stressed by the work load.
I was given enough responsibility to exploit my skills whilst teaching me new things.
They were invaluable.
The Company
Everyone was happy and enjoyed their work, whilst being happy to help.
There were a few issues in regards to access set ups and the new starters guides, however if you asked help was usually available.
The business was pushing for development of the interns, which was a nice thing considering we were only there for a limited time.

Working from home
This is a prospect that is available to us.
The Culture
We all lived in student accommodation so it was good fun and it brought a social aspect to the placement.
It was cheap, however next time I would stay in Leamington Spa which is more expensive.
Coventry is fairly small so the prospects were limited however it was fine for us and we always had a good time.
Yes, my team always had team meals and there were lots of graduate events going on that we were invited to.
