The Role
An excellent introduction to the firm as was made to feel extremely welcome and valued
My services were not charged to clients and as such I was in very high demand.
Everyone at all levels were approachable and happy to offer advice and guidance.
Farily busy for the most part however as with all client facing businesses have to adapt to the demands upon the firm. I was never short of work to do.
A surprising amount of responsibility was placed upon me and I was given freedom to undertake tasks normally for beyond my pay grade.
Not all the skills I learned will have a direct impact on my studies however they will prove useful in future jobs.
The Company
Very open and friendly, not a bad word to say about anyone
Excellent organisation. Had a full and varied introduction to the firm and was very impressed with the induction process. Once within my department properly they were very supportive and had regular catch up meetings
A surprising amount of time was given to my own development, especially given the short space of time I was with the firm.

Very.
The Culture
Yes and no. When we were together there was always banter but due to the nature of our placements that was not often the case
Exactly the same as normal seeing as I was working in my normal place of living.
Most excellent
Plenty going on in work to get to know people better
